Tier II serves as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by Tier I or standard operational support personnel and performs structured troubleshooting, system administration, configuration, patching, monitoring, performance analysis, and service restoration. Additionally, Tier II works across enterprise systems and infrastructure, coordinating with network, cloud, cybersecurity, database, application, ServiceNow, and other technical teams to resolve incidents and maintain reliable service operations. The Tier III Enterprise Systems Engineer provides senior-level engineering, advanced troubleshooting, technical problem resolution, and operational stabilization for complex TOMCAT enterprise infrastructure.
