Preferred Qualifications: * Experience delivering at least 2-3 enterprise CCAI or production voice-bot implementations in high-scale environments. * Experience with Google Customer Engagement Suite, CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, or Agent Assist. ## Description * Design, develop, and deploy enterprise conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and CX Agent Studio. * Build sophisticated conversational experiences using intents, entities, parameters, routes, event handlers, fulfillment, and multi-turn conversations. * Translate business and contact-center requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready CCAI solution architectures. * Modernize legacy IVR systems into intelligent, natural, and personalized voice experiences. * Integrate Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies into enterprise voice applications. * Develop APIs, webhooks, fulfillment services, and backend components using Python or Node.js. * Integrate voice bots with enterprise systems such as CRMs, databases, knowledge bases, ticketing platforms, and internal APIs. * Connect conversational AI solutions with telephony and contact-center platforms such as NICE CXone, Cisco, Genesys, or similar technologies. * Use Gemini, Vertex AI, RAG, and agentic AI patterns for knowledge retrieval, reasoning, response generation, summarization, and automation. * Implement authentication, session management, error handling, logging, monitoring, and fallback strategies. * Troubleshoot conversation flows, voice quality, telephony integrations, latency, and production issues. * Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and contact-center stakeholders to deliver measurable customer-experience improvements. * Follow engineering best practices for testing, version control, CI/CD, security, observability, and production deployment. ## Related Videos - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
