The successful candidate will be a great communicator with the client in the Bay Area and our own team in Lund, Sweden. You will own the end-to-end software delivery of C-V2X functionality, including vehicle integration, connectivity middleware, security provisioning, ADAS interfaces, cloud/backend integration, validation, and production launch., * BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 10+ years of embedded software development experience. * 3+ years leading technical teams in wireless connectivity or automotive software domains. * Great communication skills with the client teams and the Sigma Team in Lund, Sweden. * Strong expertise in: + C/C++ + Embedded Linux + RTOS (QNX, Zephyr, FreeRTOS, AUTOSAR) + Multithreaded software development * Hands-on experience with: + C-V2X + 3GPP cellular technologies + LTE and 5G NR + Vehicle networking protocols * Strong understanding of: + TCP/IP + UDP + QoS + Routing + Network diagnostics * Experience integrating third-party wireless chipsets and SDKs. * Excellent debugging and system-level problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with: * Qualcomm platforms * C-V2X chipsets * Android Automotive OS * AUTOSAR Adaptive Participation in V2X field trials, connected vehicle deployments, or autonomous driving programs. Familiarity with cloud platforms and connected vehicle services.
