## About the Role

* Strong experience in IBM Cognos Analytics, including Cognos Reporting and Dashboard development.
 * Hands-on experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Dynamic Cubes.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
 * Experience in designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
 * Lead and mentor Cognos developers and provide technical guidance.
 * Experience with Cognos administration, security, scheduling, and deployment is preferred.
 * Strong understanding of ETL, databases, and BI architecture.
 * Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
 * Ability to troubleshoot performance and reporting issues.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience coordinating with business, technical, and offshore teams.
