## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional digital or marketing design experience, focused on web,

campaigns, DTC, e-commerce, or B2C brands

 * Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality landing pages, campaign experiences, and

digital brand work

 * Ability to take an open brief and develop the visual direction
 * Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
 * Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, imagery, and design systems
 * Good understanding of UX, hierarchy, and conversion principles, with the ability to make

ambitious work functional and easy to navigate

 * Comfortable working in a small, high-output team and owning your work end-to-end
 * Strong written and spoken English; you'll work with a U.S. market and review copy daily
 * Experience in DTC, health, wellness, or subscription businesses is a plus
