 * Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams; experience leading cross-team initiatives; hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps, Jira); demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity.

 * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
 * Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the Boston office 25% of the time.
