About the team: The Site Discovery Decision Sciences team advances Walmart's strategy by transforming complex data into actionable insights through rigorous scientific methods. The team builds trusted enterprise assets and collaborates across functions to support business priorities with clear communication and data storytelling. Associates apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and visualization tools to ensure data quality and relevance. They conduct exploratory and root cause analyses to solve
challenges and guide strategic decisions that drive growth and deliver value to customers and stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement aligned with Walmart's mission.
