As a Production Engineer - First Line Support, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by troubleshooting technical issues, improving production stability, and helping ensure products meet the highest quality standards. Based in Wilton, Connecticut, the Production Engineer - First Line Support works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to keep production running efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise while making a direct impact on the performance and reliability of complex semiconductor manufacturing systems. Role and Responsibilities As a Production Engineer - First Line Support, you will spend most of your time supporting production activities in a cleanroom environment. You will investigate technical challenges, drive issue resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production performance and product quality. * Troubleshoot production issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain manufacturing output. * Document investigations, technical findings, and corrective actions to support continuous learning. * Escalate complex issues and partner with technical experts to drive effective resolution. * Monitor process performance using manufacturing data and statistical process control methods. * Investigate recurring issues and contribute to long-term corrective and preventive actions. * Support material review, quality review, and production recovery activities to maintain product flow. * Participate in continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
