 * A highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.
 * Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications.
 * Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.
 * Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices.
 * Advanced knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
 * Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions.
 * Working knowledge of Azure DevOps

 * Backlogs
 * Experience with end-to-end solution delivery in Pega
 * Lead project teams
 * Ensure successful project implementation
 * Ensure coding and quality standards are met
 * Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews and demos
