Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data warehouses, data marts, lakehouses, or modern cloud-based data platforms. * Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. * Experience with data observability, monitoring, and performance tuning. * Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and master data management. * Experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable analytics platforms. * Experience working in utility, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other regulated industries. ## Description ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. Drive Data Quality and Reliability * Ensure the accuracy, performance, security, and maintainability of enterprise data solutions. * Support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives. * Implement monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement practices that increase trust in enterprise data assets. Partner Across the Organization * Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, developers, and IT teams. * Translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable data capabilities. * Communicate complex technical concepts in ways that support business outcomes and informed decision-making. Advance Innovation * Evaluate new technologies, tools, and development approaches. * Help modernize data platforms and improve operational efficiency through automation and innovation. * Contribute to ATC's evolving cloud and analytics strategy.
