Success requires strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment where quality is built into every stage of delivery., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions. * Strong experience developing automation solutions using Java and modern test automation frameworks. * Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and automated testing tools. * Experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. * Experience with GitHub, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows. * Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and quality engineering practices. * Demonstrated experience creating test strategies, automation architectures, and scalable testing solutions. * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. * Proven ability to collaborate and influence across engineering, architecture, product, and business teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
