TECHNICAL SKILLS - Machine learning model training, testing, validation and overfitting prevention. - Data cleaning, validation, preprocessing and feature engineering. - Python and Bash scripting. - Java or Scala. - Big Data technologies, including Spark, Hadoop or related ecosystems. - Runtime optimization and resource monitoring at JVM and operating system level. NICE TO HAVE - Statistics or data visualization. - Tree-based algorithms such as Random Forests, XGBoost or LightGBM. - Deep learning algorithms. ## Description We are looking for a Middle Data Scientist to join a customer-facing data team in the technology sector, supporting solutions related to financial risk prevention. This role combines data analysis, machine learning model development, client enablement and cross-functional collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
