## About the Role

nJoin BAE Systems' Infrastructure Management Center (IMC) and help shape Security. We are seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. In this role, you will support the planning, design, and integration of complex technical challenges that support critical security missions, including nuclear missions, production facilities, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and ammunition plant infrastructure.\n
\nThis is an ideal role for an early-career engineer looking to grow within a matrix-type organization. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments, leveraging digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the warfighter.\n, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related STEM field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics).

 * Technical Aptitude: Fundamental understanding of systems design, integration, and analytical efforts.

## Description

nAs a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the systems integration and analysis of hardware and software systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:\n
\n

 * Systems Integration: Assist in the integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes (or commercial equivalents).
\n

 * Technical Analysis: Support the design and analytical efforts required to optimize the management of critical infrastructure programs.
\n

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and program managers to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
\n

 * Digital Tool Utilization: Utilize project management software and digital engineering tools, (CAMEO, DOORS, Etc...).
\n

 * Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, system specifications, and reports to ensure program milestones are met.
\n

 * Process Improvement: Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement initiatives within the IMC.
\n

 * Requirements Management: Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including the derivation, analysis, and development of comprehensive technical requirements documents to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and system design.
