Key responsibilities include optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered for medium to high complexity projects and programs. Job expectations include ensuring the team resolves impediments quickly, following agreed-to processes, and maintaining a good relationship with the product management team and other stakeholders. * This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by multiple Agile Release Trains (ART), also known as a Solution Train, and is focused on serving the needs of the train to drive performance and growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Solution Train ceremonies, managing complex dependencies across ARTs, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment for the Solution Train. This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly, protects the ARTs from outside disruptions to delivery, and drives continuous improvement for the Solution Train.
