This role combines ServiceNow development, infrastructure automation, and release coordination, building and maintaining integrations across our technology ecosystem while acting as the senior escalation point for integration issues. The ideal candidate drives automation that reduces manual work across support, deployments, and monitoring, and keeps the release process on track and high-quality.
