About the Role. At G2 Ops, we support mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Systems Engineer to support the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) program in El Segundo, CA. In this role, you'll contribute to Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineering, specialized analysis, operations support, and subject matter expertise for satellite communications systems across multiple phases of the acquisition lifecycle. You'll work in a high-paced environment with contractor teams, Government personnel, and system developers/providers to help acquire and field new MILSATCOM systems across space and ground segments., * 6+ years of relevant experience in specialized engineering, analysis, operations support, or a related technical field. * Experience supporting Government or DoD space systems programs, preferably in reliability and maintainability engineering. * Working knowledge of R&M practices, military standards, regulations, and industry standards. * Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing team environment. * Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
