These services are provided 24/7., Decision Support & Strategic Analysis Partner with CIO/OITO leadership to identify key business questions and performance objectives. * Develop and maintain KPIs aligned to strategic and operational goals. * Analyze operational, financial, and IT performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct scenario and impact analysis to support leadership decisions. Data Analysis & Reporting * Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources. * Develop recurring reports and executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and performance gaps. * Ensure consistency and reliability of reporting metrics. Executive Communication & Data Storytelling * Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. * Prepare executive briefings, summaries, and visualizations to inform leadership discussions. * Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Process & Performance Improvement * Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data integrity. * Support data governance and metric standardization efforts. * Recommend performance improvements based on analysis. Collaboration * Work closely with cross-functional IT, operations, and program teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment. * Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on data interpretation and performance measurement.
