This role helps ensure accurate employee records, timely payroll and benefits updates, effective leave administration, and reliable reporting across the employee lifecycle., The HRIS & Operations Analyst administers FMLA, Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (WA PFML), and Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) claims; supports regulatory reporting and audits; maintains standard operating procedures; and partners with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, IT, and external vendors.
