You will work closely with client stakeholders, designers, product partners, and Lab49 leadership to ensure solutions are technically sound, aligned with business objectives, and delivered with excellence. This is an on-site role - 5 days/ week in the WTC area in NYC. What You'll Be Doing * Design, implement, deliver, and test innovative iOS Swift applications while understanding our products from both a technical and product perspective in the context of our client's business. * Communicate with leadership, product owners, other technologists and users to create working software based on an understanding of business and technical priorities. * Break down complex problems into elegant technical solutions to intelligently solve problems for Lab49's clients. * Actively contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture, development best practices and new technologies. We are always improving the process of building software; we'll need your help to do that. * Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends. * Experiment with and learn new technologies. What Success Looks Like In your first 6 to 12 months, success means: * Your teams consistently deliver high-quality software that meets user and client objectives. * Engineers around you become more autonomous, capable, and effective because of your leadership. * Clients trust your judgment and rely on you for technical direction and clarity. * You demonstrate strong ownership of outcomes, proactively addressing risks before they become issues. * You can step away from day-to-day coding when needed without compromising delivery quality or team performance. ## Related Videos - [SwiftUI In Production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/134-swiftui-in-production) - [Xcode development redefAIned](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100195-xcode-development-redefained) - [From Zero to Mobile Developer in 45 Minutes With SwiftUI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/183-from-zero-to-mobile-developer-in-45-minutes-with-swiftui) - [Biometric Phone Chargers, $40m Domain Names & AI Movies Winning Awards - Peter Kröner](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1810-biometric-phone-chargers-40m-domain-names-ai-movies-winning-awards-peter-kroner) - [Unsolved mysteries between Usability and Accessibility in iOS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/737-unsolved-mysteries-between-usability-and-accessibility-in-ios) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - What Development and Tattoos Have in Common and more](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1380-wearedevelopers-live-what-development-and-tattoos-have-in-common-and-more) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [A Guide to Choosing the Right Tools for App Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/391-a-guide-to-choosing-the-right-tools-for-app-developers) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [The Best X (Twitter) Accounts for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/294-the-best-x-twitter-accounts-for-developers)
