## About the Role

* 5+ years' experience building software and machine learning solutions in production environments.
 * Strong Python development experience.
 * Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
 * Proven experience working with LLMs, NLP, and modern deep learning techniques.
 * Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, from development through deployment and monitoring.
 * Experience building data-intensive applications on AWS.
 * Exposure to both batch and real-time machine learning pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Designing and deploying production-scale AI and machine learning solutions.
 * Building applications leveraging modern NLP techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs).
 * Developing and optimising ML pipelines and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
 * Taking AI products from concept through to production.
 * Working closely with product and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into core products.
 * Driving best practices around model performance, reliability, and scalability.
