## About the Role

* Master's degree in computer science.
 * 7+ years of software engineering experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Java (JVM).
 * Strong foundations in databases, concurrency, security, and networking.
 * Proven experience with production-grade systems.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication skills in English.
 * Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with functional or strongly typed programming paradigms.
 * Familiarity with Canton/Daml or other DLTs.
 * Experience with Kubernetes or containerized services.
 * Knowledge of relational databases and message-driven architectures.
 * Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure.

The Software Engineer role focuses on developing secure and precise ownership transfers using distributed ledger technology (DLT), contributing to a platform trusted by key financial institutions., * Develop platform components implementing business logic and workflows.

 * Integrate with external systems via APIs and message queues.
 * Participate in threat-modelling sessions and architectural reviews.
 * Ensure compliance with high standards for correctness, security, and confidentiality.
 * Join an on-call rotation for production operations support.
