## About the Role

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
 * Fluent in English.
 * Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
 * Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.
 * Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized:
 + Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104.
 + Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
 + Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).
 + Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
 + Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
 + Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC-900).
 + CompTIA Network+.

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
 * Effective and professional communication skills.
 * Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
 * Attention to detail.
 * Technical troubleshooting skills.
