* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
 * 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, platform administration, business systems analysis, or a related field required
 * 3+ years of experience working with conversational AI platforms required
 * 3+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience. Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, APIs, and system integrations required

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 * Configure and maintain conversational AI solutions using conversational AI platforms, AI agents, tools, and orchestration frameworks
 * Gather, document, and translate business and member-service requirements into conversational AI configurations, workflows, and user experiences
 * Design conversation flows, prompts, tool configurations, knowledge sources, and escalation workflows
 * Configure integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and service endpoints
 * Utilize JavaScript to support validation, business rules, workflow orchestration, and integrations
 * Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support
 * Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
 * Monitor performance, analyze conversational data, and optimize prompts, workflows, and user experiences
 * Manage knowledge sources, content, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) configurations
 * Apply governance, security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards
 * Create and maintain documentation, change records, and operational procedures
 * Support deployment, release management, and change control processes for conversational AI solutions
 * Support ongoing production operations, issue resolution, and platform maintenance activities
 * Collaborate with business, product, operations, technology teams, and vendors to implement and support conversational AI solutions
 * Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements
