Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting network infrastructure in a data center, colocation, telecommunications, enterprise, or critical environment. * Experience replacing optics, transceivers, power supplies, fans, cabling, and other network hardware components. * Experience with fiber cleaning, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and cable certification. * Experience with switch installation, patching, port validation, labeling standards, cable dressing, and asset management. * Exposure to Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Mellanox/NVIDIA, or similar networking platforms. * Willingness to relocate to New Albany, OH or travel to New Albany for site-based work. * Willingness to support other data center sites as needed is a plus. * CompTIA A+, Network+, BICSI, FOA, OSHA 10, or equivalent technical certifications. Physical Requirements * Must be willing to wear full PPE while on site, including safety boots, long pants, hard hat, high-visibility vest or clothing, and safety glasses. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and move equipment up to 75 pounds with assistance. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, distinguish cable and fiber colors, and work in hot or cold data center environments. * Ability to support scheduled maintenance windows, rotating shifts, nights, weekends, or emergency response when required. ## Description A position is available for a Data Center Technician Shift Lead to support network infrastructure operations within a large-scale data center environment in New Albany, Ohio. This role is focused on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, documenting, and supporting data center network infrastructure within a mission-critical environment.
