## About the Role

CADD Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation (V8i/SS2), InRoads, and CAiCE.
Automation & Scripting: Strong knowledge of Python (strongly preferred) or Visual Basic (VBA).
Support & Deployment: 2+ years of experience in CADD testing, workspace configuration, and end-user support.
Process Documentation: 2+ years of experience documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and training guides.
Domain Expertise: Transportation engineering background or public sector infrastructure experience is a major plus.

## Description

We are seeking a CADD Support Consultant to assist engineering staff with software troubleshooting, workspace maintenance, process documentation, and training. This role combines hands-on technical support with CADD workflow optimization and automation., Provide day-to-day user support and software troubleshooting via ServiceNow.
