The following are the expected enhancements: Service Plans expanded to include date/initial stamp for every change or update, including adding specific services, ability to make updates throughout the case, additional comments sections, additional summary section; add a system generated Person ID for each client, integration with document system, ability for district to upload custom county letterhead, enhance search features, integrate with new separate 24/7 Intakes system, allow workers to review, accept or reject intakes, create security features to allow for sensitive cases with special permissions, enhanced perpetrator identification, demographics, and detailed findings features, allow cases to be assigned to multiple districts, add methods for notifying source of case outcomes, create Financial Exploitation tools, create method for handling Preventative cases, enhance Guardianship functionality, enhance case & dashboard printing capabilities. This developer will also handle end user incidents, technological/environmental upgrades, as needed. Duties * Work independently on requirements gathering, analysis, documenting logical design and functional design. * Perform intricate VB.Net development and deployment. * Oracle PL/SQL programming. * Maintain system currency and compliance with ITS standards, hardware, software and security practices. * Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs. * System troubleshooting and maintenance. * Process Help Desk tickets and service requests for its 1200 users statewide. * Coordinate and assist Cognos team with report requests.
