## About the Role

Education and Experience Required:

 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field preferred
 * Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of experience and education
 * Entry-level professional we are asking for experience in the Windows server environment

Preferred:

 * Experience supporting a Microsoft Windows environment

Skills Required:

 * Fundamental knowledge of overall system management
 * An understanding of networking and distributed computing tools and techniques
 * Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to integrate new technology
 * Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
 * Self-motivation and ability to work independently with general supervision on daily tasks and projects
 * Independent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
 * Ability to:
 + work productively as part of a team to complete larger projects
 + learn and use scripting languages and other tools to automate routine tasks
 + work an on-call rotation, typically one week every 5-7 weeks
