## About the Role

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Application Developer to join our team. This is a Remote opportunity, * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant technical experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

 * Experience developing microservices applications using Python, Typescript or similar languages.
 * Experience developing and troubleshooting web applications as a full-stack developer.
 * Experience with relational database systems, e.g. (SQL Server, Postgresql).
 * Experience with CI/CD tools e.g. (GitLab, Jenkins).
 * Experience with a major cloud provider.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with GCP cloud technologies (Compute, Google Kubernetes Engine, CloudSQL).
 * Experience developing secure software systems based upon industry specifications.
 * Experience writing software requirements, design, and test documentation.
 * Familiarity with industry-standard logistics and government property concepts.

Clearance Requirements:

 * Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. Additionally, must be able to push, pull, and reach.
 * Must be able to work in high noise areas.
 * Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
 * Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.

## Description

The selected candidate will assist in designing and maintaining applications to support a large logistics sustainment program., * Assist with MANTECHs logistics and property management system LogMASTRE.

 * Will focus on troubleshooting current system issues, system improvements, and integration with ERP systems.
