 * Extensive experience supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, multicast, firewalls, and network security technologies.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, configuration management, and problem-solving skills with experience providing Tier III escalation support.
 * Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
 * Active Secret Security Clearance required; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent).
 * Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent network vendor certification required.

## Description

* Lead troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of complex enterprise network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and network boundary environments.
 * Configure, maintain, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VLANs, and network security infrastructure.
 * Develop Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), manage change requests, conduct root cause analysis, and support enterprise network deployments.
 * Maintain configuration baselines, ensure DISA STIG compliance, and conduct lab validation testing for upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
 * Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, collaborate with engineering teams, and support future-state network architecture and modernization efforts.
