As the Director of IT Operations, you ensure that the Child Mind Institute's (CMI) technology services are secure, reliable, scalable, and responsive to the needs of the organization. You lead the teams, processes, vendors, and technology platforms that keep the organization operating effectively, enabling clinicians, researchers, educators, and staff to focus on delivering mission impact. In addition, you own operational outcomes across infrastructure, end-user computing, service delivery, cybersecurity operations, cloud services, and vendor management. You are responsible for maintaining high service levels, reducing operational risk, optimizing technology investments, and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations through leadership, governance, and execution. This is an exempt, full-time position and requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, as determined by your supervisor in our NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.
