What would be nice for you to have: * Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. * Experience supporting Windows servers, PCs, networks, and enterprise software applications. * Experience with SQL, databases, data analysis, and data validation concepts. * Ability to troubleshoot system integrations, interfaces, and data-related issues. * Experience supporting business-critical, client/server, and web-based applications in a client-facing environment. * Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex software and technical issues. * Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. * Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases while meeting service level expectations. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and business processes. * Collaborative team player who can work independently and is committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Why Jack Henry? ## Description Jack Henry is seeking a technical problem solver that has CRM, banking and/or credit union industry experience. This person will bridge the gap between financial operations and technology, troubleshoot complex application issues, and deliver exceptional client support. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support.
