Tax transformation projects span Business Threads, inclusive of tax compliance and advisory client service delivery for Corporate, Investment Management, Operating Flowthroughs, Individuals, Estates & Trusts, and Indirect Tax services, as well as cross-thread activities such as initiating, managing and closing engagements. The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end engagement life cycle. Responsibilities include: * Support project planning (workplans, milestones) and deliver assigned scope on time against defined outcomes * Partner with Tax practitioners to identify service delivery pain points, size opportunities, and drive process improvements * Perform process analysis/modeling using agile and design thinking; translate business needs into clear functional requirements * Collaborate across the technology delivery lifecycle, including coordination with product/IT and stakeholders * Execute and facilitate testing (system/UAT) and contribute to business readiness assessments * Develop and deliver learning materials; support deployment planning, pilots, and go-live execution * Provide post-go-live hypercare, support adoption with change management, gather feedback and drive action plans, and assist with legacy system decommissioning * Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders and teams. * Clear, confident communicator who can facilitate discussions and make complex ideas easy to understand. * Curious and empathetic listener who seeks to understand practitioner needs and turns feedback into practical action. * Proactive, organized, and accountable, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities. * Adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented, with comfort navigating ambiguity and supporting others through change. The Team The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define standard client service delivery processes and standard delivery enablers that enable delivery of Tax services. Additionally collaborate on design, development, and deployment of technology to enable client service delivery. Members of Tax Transformation elevate Deloitte Tax Professionals, in order that they may provide higher value services to Deloitte clients, through identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, increase resource fungibility, improve ROI on technology investments, increase agility, and elevate the Deloitte and client digital experience.
