This role oversees the configuration, deployment, and performance of supply chain execution systems-including WMS, LMS, Slotting, WES/WCS, and ERP integrations. The Senior Analyst leads systemic triage, supports compliance efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges. Reporting to the Warehouse Management Systems Manager, this role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in systems performance, issue resolution, and process optimization. The Senior Analyst mentors junior team members, provides direct systems support to the DC network, and ensures efficient, compliant, and scalable logistics operations.
