* Strong general computer skills (very comfortable in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

## Description

The Associate Designer is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of game systems, mechanics, and itemization, and working with the Lord of the Rings Online team in the Design team at Standing Stone Games reporting to the Producer, this position will be responsible for:

 * Work on compelling systems for a massively multiplayer game
 * Support the design team in improving current systems and delivering new ones
 * Collaborate with and learn from an internal team of world builders, artists, and designers
 * Learn proprietary tools quickly and work within a complex pipeline
