This role will require deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud stack. The responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in architecting and developing migration plans, creatively building solutions that are technically sound, performing engineering tasks for the delivery of solutions and migrations, developing documentation for the handoff to support, and serving as a point of escalation for Microsoft 365 related efforts. As a large portion of this role is client facing, strong interpersonal skills are mandatory. The qualified individual will possess superior customer service skills, the ability to multi-task effectively and manage multithreaded project efforts, and the aptitude to work independently while generating a high quality work product.
