## About the Role

n * Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM ) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
\n * Experience in Systems Engineering in one or more of the following areas: Developing & Refining CONOPS, System Architecture, System Requirement, Requirements Verification Strategies & Plans
\n * Experience with developing system requirements specifications and requirements management processes
\n * Verification and Qualification testing experience, n * Masters or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics
\n * Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical and/or engineering teams
\n * Experience in Systems Engineering on a Missile Program
\n * Experience in the Defense Industry beyond Raytheon
\n * Experience using Agile framework development methods / processes
\n * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and associated tools
\n * SW/FW Verification and Qualification testing experience
\n * Prior experience with foreign military sales
\n * A self-starter who can take on task with limited guidance
\n * Customer focus and collaboration skills
\n * Experience with performance analysis
\n * Experience with DOORS and/or cPDM
\n * Ability to perform trade studies to optimize system performance
\n * Understanding of Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle
\n * Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management
\n * Experience with Agile, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and/or Digital Engineering
