Assist project manager with development and deployment tasks

In this hybrid role based in Spring, TX, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to help resolve common technical issues, contribute to routine maintenance tasks, and learn how IT supports business operations., * Provide technical support for end users, helping troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

 * Assist with device setup and deployment, including basic configuration and asset tracking.
 * Support routine maintenance tasks such as backups verification, software updates, and system monitoring checks.
 * Help document troubleshooting steps and maintain clear, organized records of support requests and outcomes.
 * Coordinate with the IT team to follow internal processes and support time-sensitive user needs.
