DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position supports complex IT procurement activities for multiple organizations served by the Employment, Banking and Revenue Delivery Center. It plays an important role in keeping technology purchases, contracts, and financial processes organized and compliant. As an IT Generalist 1, you will perform the following duties: * Procurement Support: Review IT purchase materials and ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Stakeholder Coordination: Work with agency staff, vendors, and subject matter experts to move procurement actions forward * Financial Tracking: Monitor procurement data and verify cost savings and funding needs * Contract Management: Develop procurement documents and assist with evaluating proposals and vendor responses * Issue Resolution: Address procurement obstacles and escalate issues when required * Technical Assistance: Provide guidance on procurement-related matters for various IT domains Interested in learning more?
