## Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Systems & Operations Specialist to lead AI implementation, automation, and internal operations within our fast-paced creator marketing team. In this onsite role based in Winter Park, FL, you will partner with leadership to build scalable workflows, enhance data integrity, and ensure operational reliability., Design and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal tools.

 - Build robust automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
 - Manage data quality, reporting dashboards, and internal portals.
 - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
 - Develop comprehensive documentation, recovery plans, and process checklists.
