Agentic AIRole SummaryThe Technical Project Manager will lead a DevOps and cloud engineering team responsible for application delivery, automation, observability, and production support. The role requires a strong mix of project management, client handling, and technical understanding to ensure predictable delivery, SLA adherence, effective reporting, and continuous improvement through automation and AI enablement.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery for a technical DevOps team across application, cloud, CI/CD, and support activities. Act as the primary interface between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely escalations. Prepare and publish weekly/monthly status reports covering progress, risks, dependencies, incidents, KPIs, SLAs, and improvement actions. Track SLAs and operational KPIs such as incident volume, response/resolution time, MTTR, repeat incidents, backlog, release health, and pipeline success rate. Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues and ensure permanent fixes, automation opportunities, and service improvement actions are tracked to closure. Coordinate sprint/release planning, change management, deployment readiness, technical dependencies, and production support activities. Identify AI and automation opportunities for repeated issues, ticket triage, reporting, knowledge search, runbook recommendations, and faster resolution. Ensure DevOps best practices across CI/CD, code quality, infrastructure as code, monitoring, release governance, and operational stability.Required Skills Strong technical project management experience in DevOps, cloud, application development, maintenance, or platform engineering environments. Good client-facing skills with ability to convert technical updates into concise business-facing communication and dashboards.
