## Description

Intégré(e) à notre équipe exploitation, en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de votre pôle, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

 * Garantir le maintien en condition opérationnel de l'infrastructure Télécom et Réseaux
 * Assurer les opérations quotidiennes sur l'environnement Télécom et Réseau
 * Suivre les tickets interne jusqu'à leur résolution
 * Assurer un reporting sur les différents incidents et dossiers en cours
