* 4 6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation

 * Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business

 * Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy

 * Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams

 * Strong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects at once

 * A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact

 * Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts

 * Master's degree in business, management, or a related field

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

 * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus

 * Willing to travel as needed

## Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects.

What you ll be working on

 * Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget

 * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions

 * Conducting in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies

 * Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business

 * Guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment

 * Developing actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's needs

 * Ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations

 * Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals

 * Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation
