## About the Role

+ Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder of Applicatiebeheerder;
 + Je beschikt over kennis van Microsoft 365 en bij voorkeur ervaring met logistieke applicaties (zoals WMS, TMS of ERP);
 + Je bent analytisch sterk, procesgericht en kunt goed schakelen tussen techniek en business;
 + Je hebt ervaring met ITIL-processen (incident, change en problem management);
 + Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
 + Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een stabiele en efficiënte applicatieomgeving.

Bij onze eindklant is er momenteel een uitdagende functie beschikbaar als Medior Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder. Het betreft een toonaangevende logistieke organisatie met ruim 35 jaar ervaring en een sterke naam in de branche. Ze staan bekend om hun innovatieve aanpak, hoogwaardige dienstverlening en internationale oplossingen.
IT en applicaties spelen een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van de logistieke processen. Er wordt continu geïnvesteerd in moderne technologieën en slimme IT-oplossingen, waarbij Microsoft en maatwerkapplicaties centraal staan. Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder kom je terecht in een professioneel en hecht team waar kennisdeling, samenwerking en procesverbetering centraal staan. De werksfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en er is volop ruimte voor initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Als Medior Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsapplicaties die de logistieke processen ondersteunen optimaal functioneren. Je vormt de cruciale schakel tussen de gebruikers, key-users, IT en externe leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat de systemen stabiel, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig blijven. Daarbij analyseer je gebruikerswensen, vertaal je deze naar concrete verbeteringen en coördineer je wijzigingen, updates en releases.
Naast het beheren, testen en optimaliseren van applicaties houd je je bezig met het opstellen van documentatie en handleidingen en bied je ondersteuning bij vragen of incidenten. Je signaleert knelpunten in processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en innovaties, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling en efficiëntie van de organisatie.
