* Lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and applications
 * Build and optimise Python-based solutions and automation tools
 * Develop and maintain PostgreSQL databases and data models
 * Deliver Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Data Flow solutions
 * Create insightful Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities
 * Drive technical best practice across development teams
 * Mentor developers and provide technical leadership
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions
 * Support the adoption of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools
 * Integrate financial and market data into internal systems and reporting platforms
