Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, including architecture, performance optimization, security, workload management, and cost optimization

Hands-on experience with Matillion for data ingestion, orchestration, and integration
Strong SQL skills and good Python experience

Strong understanding of data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, observability, security, and access-control principles
Experience with CI/CD, Git-based development, automated testing, and DataOps practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Azure

## Description

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We're looking for a Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of a modern enterprise data platform built around Snowflake. The platform supports end-to-end data capabilities across ingestion, transformation, modelling, governance, analytics, data activation, and reverse ETL use cases. Snowflake,, dbt, Matillion, Python, and Terraform form the core of the technology stack, with Data Vault and Data Mesh principles playing a key role in how data is modelled, governed, owned, and delivered across business domains. You'll be responsible for defining scalable architecture patterns, designing robust data models and integration frameworks, establishing governance and platform standards, and enabling trusted data products that can support analytics, operational applications, customer-facing use cases, and downstream activation platforms. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong engineering expertise.
