## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
 * Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb oder Support, idealerweise im NOC/Leitstand, Rechenzentrum oder Cloud-Operations, gern auch im Schichtumfeld
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Azure-Grundlagen wie Monitoring, Compute/VMs, Storage sowie Backup & Restore; PowerShell-Skills sind ein Plus
 * Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen (Incident/Change/Problem) sowie Ticket- und Wissensmanagement und strukturiertes Dokumentieren
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst (Früh/Spät/Nacht, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen) und ergänzende Rufbereitschaft

## Description

* Überwachung des Gesundheitszustands der Plattform im 24/7-Leitstand, KPIs und SLAs im Blick behalten und Eskalationen bei Bedarf gemäß Runbooks einleiten
 * Analyse und Behebung von Incidents im 1st und 2nd Level, Koordination von Kolleg:innen im 3rd Level und Sicherstellung einer sauberen Schichtübergabe
 * Begleitung von Changes und Releases, Umsetzung freigegebener Wartungsfenster und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation aller Schritte im ITSM-Tool
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Runbooks, Dashboards und Standardprozesse sowie Wissensteilung im Team
 * Übernahme von planbaren Rufbereitschaften als Ergänzung zum Schichtbetrieb
