## About the Role

* Have 4+ years of experience in IT Administration, Networking, and end-user Support, and IT Service Management.
 * Bring a strong networking background (routing, switching, VPNs, network security).
 * Demonstrate proven experience in ITSM, high-level troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance.
 * Have hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Confluence administration.
 * Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with development needs.
 * Bring familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and automation tools (a plus).
 * Communicate clearly, with strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
 * Bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with a proactive mindset.
 * Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Networking (Juniper), IT Service Management (ITSM), infrastructure maintenance, and high-level technical support, along with experience in GitHub administration. While a basic understanding of DevOps practices is beneficial, this is primarily an IT administration role focused on system reliability, security, and efficiency.
How you'll add value

 * Own the network infrastructure and ensure operational readiness, high availability, and continuous improvement.
 * Lead IT service management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and SLAs.
 * Provide high-level technical support, manage on- and offboarding, and resolve escalated IT issues in a timely manner.
 * Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, security, and availability.
 * Administer Okta, Google Workspace and Atlassian and ensure seamless user authentication, access control, and security compliance.
 * Continuously improve workflows to enhance user experience and security.
