## Description

In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsorientierten Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur. Gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern und externen IT-Partnern entwickelst du die Infrastrukturstrategie weiter, steuerst Transformationsprojekte und führst ein Infrastrukturteam fachlich sowie disziplinarisch., * Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur

 * Steuerung und Optimierung von On-Premises-, Cloud- und Workplace-Umgebungen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Infrastruktur-Betriebs inklusive Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit
 * Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configuration-, Capacity- sowie IT-Continuity-Management
 * Steuerung von Backup-, Recovery- und Patch-Management-Prozessen
 * Führung und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Managed Service Provider anhand definierter Service Levels und KPIs
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Transformationsprojekten
 * Erstellung von Infrastruktur-Roadmaps, Budgetplanungen und technischen Strategien
 * Bewertung neuer Technologien zur Verbesserung von Stabilität, Effizienz und IT-Sicherheit
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Infrastrukturteams
 * Unterstützung interner und externer Audits sowie Sicherstellung regulatorischer und organisatorischer Anforderungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Informationssicherheit, Architektur sowie weiteren Fachbereichen
