## Description

* Work hands-on on large-scale, business-critical systems
 * Join a cross-functional Scrum team alongside Product Managers, UX Designers, Test Analysts and fellow Engineers
 * Take ownership of features from initial idea through to production
 * Mentor other Developers and share knowledge
 * Help raise engineering standards across the team
 * Challenge existing approaches and contribute ideas
 * Influence technical direction and how the team works
