This is a foundational role - you'll build, maintain, and own the day-to-day IT operations for the site, working closely with our global Corporate IT team based in Santa Ana, CA. You'll be the local expert for everything from network infrastructure and physical security systems to end-user support and vendor coordination with UK-based providers. This site operates under our uptime commitments to key partners including eBay, making reliable, responsive local IT support a business-critical requirement. You'll report to the IT Supervisory Manager and work from our London, UK office. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
